How long does it take for the server to be setup?
Setup is automatic and usually very quick. We're still gathering exact timing data.
How does the free tier work?
Every week, we run a giveaway to randomly select 15 different users who get free server slots. These servers are fully functional and last the full one-week period.
What happens to my server after the slots reset?
Your server is suspended, meaning you'll no longer have access to it - but your world and all of your mods and settings will be maintained. If you win another slot, or decide to purchase a server, it will be like nothing ever happened. You can request a copy of your whole server to host yourself, or with another host by contacting a member of staff.
What do your tiers look like?
We have 15 FREE server slots that reset every week, and paid monthly pricing for more powerful servers that will never go away! Pricing on the paid servers start as low as $2 a month.
What are the server specifications?
The free server slots allocate 2 cores & 2 gigabytes of ram with unlimited storage & backups. Paid pricing varies by hardware availability - Our Discord is always updated with the latest pricing!
